Professional Experience

 

If I had to summarize my career in a few short words, it would have to be: improving top-line growth and fixing bottom-line issues.

These were benefits I delivered even while serving in engineering-focused project leadership roles, because I strive to assess and solve issues that are blocking or limiting revenue and profits.

As a strategic leader who has been fortunate to grow as a professional within STC, I have a record of leading successful execution of strategic initiatives spanning many challenges: complex infrastructure, technology deployment, customer experience, solutions delivery, and operation excellence.

To achieve results in all of these areas, an important factor has been a unique approach I developed that speeds up decisions, resulting in faster value creation and realization.

Of course, my team members are instrumental in every success, and I am extremely proud of the high-performing departments I lead. Within these teams, about two-thirds of our project managers are certified through the Project Management Institute, demonstrating a commitment to excellence.

 

Volunteer Experience

 

I focus on volunteering within my organization in order to set the right foundation for the STC project management community in terms of project management elevation and maturity.

Before founding Consulting WP in early 2001, Brandon started two Internet companies in Silicon Valley. Previously, Brandon held various management positions in New York at Simon Brothers, most recently as Vice President in Goldhill Group, focusing on new business development and risk management. He has also worked as a senior financial risk management consultant to the financial services industry; software engineer; advertising sales manager for the popular Caribbean travel guide series; general manager of an advertising and graphic design agency; and engineering intern at the Best Health Coach.
